What do guests say about the Inn at Cook Street?
We had a downstairs corner room with a huge bed. All was really clean and very well deocrated. The room was on the road but you would not have known it it was so quiet. Lisa and Doreen could not have done enough for us. Delicious breakfasts and cakey things at tea-time. There was an upstairs outside balcony very hidden away that we sat on. Delicious breakfasts cooked when we came to the table and loads of it. All was very well equipped. We really really loved it here and hope to go back. You MUST stay here!

Just home from a 5 day stay at The Inn at Cook Street. Enjoy a delicious breakfast and conversation with other guests in a beautiful setting.

The Inn at Cook Street is by far one of the best B&B's I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. My partner and I felt like we were home. Doreen and Lisa are wonderful hosts. Their inn is more than an inn, it is a home away from home, where you can relax and enjoy. Doreen and Lisa truly care about their guests and it shows in all they do. The breakfast is wonderful with so many different choices, but whatever you do don't skip the muffins and scones, they are fabulous.
If you are looking for an inn where your one of the famiy, this is it.

Beautiful atmospheric room with every convenience, homey common room, yummy breakfast, very welcoming inkeepers, beautiful grounds, quiet, great location. The best ever after having stayed in Provincetown many, many times.

I’m not the typical “B&B” traveler, but I have to say that Lisa and Doreen (the Innkeepers) are doing a fabulous job!! I really felt at home; having breakfast provided each morning and snacks, coffee, soda each afternoon. The rooms are lovely, clean and quiet (all newly renovated and each with its own bathroom). The bed sheets are 800 thread count, crisp and fresh. And you even get a truffle on the bed that’s to die for!!

We just returned from Provincetown and thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Inn at Cook Street. The innkeepers, Doreen and Lisa, are extremely welcoming. They made you feel at home. Breakfast around the table with the other guests was very pleasant, we met some very nice people. The "Yardley" room was very cozy, after a long walk on Commercial St., it was nice to relax on the deck or on the luxurious bed. When I read other reviews on Tripadvisor I was a little skeptical, they were all too good, now I see why, it is a great place to go and stay. My partner and I will definately be back.

How the girls at Cook Street could deal with 9 guys from Kentucky is beyond me. They were wonderful hosts, sort of like a mother at a fraternity house and the breakfast Lisa cooks up every morning is above and beyond. They seemed to enjoy our company as much as we did their hospitality. What more can you say about an inn that makes you feel as comfortable as you are in your own home while actually being on vacation. As far as the rooms, clean is not a good enough word, immaculate and spacious is more precise. The garden or the second floor deck are wonderful locations to set back and take in the Cape Cod air. I think I can speak for the 9 of us, does it sound like we enjoyed ourselves? THANKS Lisa and Doreen for everything!
