Check-In/Checkout:

Check in Time: 2:00 - 6:00pm We will be happy to accommodate a late check-in. Please make these arrangements in advance.
Checkout time - 11am
One vehicle parking per accommodation is included

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations cancelled more than 21 days of arrival date will be refunded in full minus a $25 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. Deposits on rooms cancelled 21 days or less of the arrival date are refunded only if the each room is re-let for the entire period of the booking, less $25.00 cancellation fee per room booked. There are no refunds for early departures or shortened stays. Deposits on a reservation cancelled at any time prior to a stay during June, July, August, September or over major holiday periods or any other special event period are NON REFUNDABLE unless we are able to re-let your room for the entire booking minus a $25 cancellation fee.

Rates & Payment :

Low Season - April 6-May 3, 2007 & Nov 9-May 1, 2008
Mid Season - May 4 - June 14 & Sept 24 - Nov 8
High Season (includes holidays)- June 15 - Sept 23
High Season Rates apply to Memorial Day, New Year's, Women's Week
Minimum stays may be required during high season.
Advance reservations require 50% deposit of total stay plus 9.7% MA room tax
Reservations made within 21 days of arrival date require 100% deposit plus 9.7% MA room tax
Sorry, no checks for balances due unless paid 2 weeks in advance of arrival.

Smoking Policy:

We have a strict no smoking policy on premises. Failure to adhere to no smoking
policy will result in a $250 room cleaning charge.

Our Policy on Children:

Although we love children, we do not have appropriate accommodations for them.

Our Policy on Pets:

Although we love pets, we do not have appropriate accommodations for them. We recommend KC's Animal Resort for your animal friends.
